Refund Policy 

 All our digital formulations undergo rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability. Consequently, we do not encourage or offer refunds for purchased formulas unless under specific circumstances outlined below. 

Eligibility for Refund: 

 Refunds will be considered solely in the event that you receive a formula that significantly differs from the one you purchased. This discrepancy must be clearly demonstrated and validated. 

Process for Requesting a Refund: 

 If you believe that you have received an incorrect formula or one that significantly differs from the one you intended to purchase, please contact our customer support team within  21 days from the date of purchase. Provide detailed information about the issue along with supporting evidence or documentation.

 Upon receiving your request, our team will assess the discrepancy between the received and purchased formulas. If the claim is substantiated and validated, we will initiate the refund process within a reasonable timeframe.
